Team Building
Our team building and training programs are designed for female youth sports teams ages 10-15. Rise's tailored approach allows for customizable team training based on sport, level, age, time commitment and the specific goals of each team. Our aim is to provide equitable opportunties for growth and skill development along with meaningful team building that nurtures well-rounded athletes and leaders.

Rise training programs focus on three key areas:
Athletic Development that concentrates on physical literacy and fundamental movement skill training
Confidence to engage in various physical activities, accept challenges, and learn and grow within sport
Team building skills such as leadership, problem solving, strategic thinking, conflict resolution and more
All Team Training Programs are developed by leaders in the field with specializations in personal training, youth development, education, coaching, nutrition, kinesiology, psychology and high-performance athletics.

Weekly Team Training
Teams will meet on a weekly basis, for 1-2 hours. Each session will include team building and athlete development. Training sessions are progressional and will build on the previous week's topics and skills.

Monthly Team Training
Teams will meet 1-2 times per month, for 1-2 hours. Each session will include team building and athlete development. Training sessions are progressional and will build on the previous session's topics and skills.

One-Time
Training Workshops
Teams will meet for one full or half day workshop. These team-focused and highly concentrated sessions will offer a broader view of the key skills and topics discussed in weekly and monthly training sessions.
